Getting started
How does Amazon Hub Delivery work?
Each day, a truck will bring Amazon packages to your business. You'll scan and sort these packages, then use our app to deliver them in your local area. All deliveries need to be made the same day before 9PM local time. We'll pay you weekly for each package you deliver.
What is Amazon Hub Delivery?
Amazon Hub Delivery is a delivery service program that teams up with local businesses to have them deliver Amazon packages to their communities. We're looking for partners in select regions across the U.S.
I’m a small business owner. How can I become a Hub Partner?
To be considered for the program, you will need to complete an application. Each application will undergo our review process. Select Get Started to receive a link to apply.
Requirements
What do I need to have in order to be a Hub Partner?
In order to become a Partner you’ll need:
- Ownership or permission to operate from the owner of the entity you’re applying with.
- A passing background check.
- A certificate of insurance (COI).
- Business entity documents such as a state business registration number or tax ID.
- A secure space of 50 sq. feet (5’ L x 10’ H, up to ceiling height).

How much additional income can I earn?

Commitments
Will I need to hire additional staff?
No, Hub Partners can make deliveries themselves or assign existing team members to help with deliveries. All delivery personnel must be 18 or older and pass both a background check and ID verification.
How many packages will I need to deliver?
Package volume varies daily, but most partners typically handle between 40-60 packages per day. During peak periods you may receive higher volumes.
How many days per week am I required to deliver?
Hub Partners deliver 5 - 7 days per week depending on the region.
